Director of Engineering
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Build an action oriented innovative culture
- Oversee design, prototyping, integration, and flight testing
- Provide technical direction for Actus VTOL and cargo systems
- Align engineering execution with customer missions and operational needs
Software Engineer II/III
- Stand-up the software department from ground level; work to transition shared software responsibilities to the newly formed software department
- Design and develop software for flight, test, and ground systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation across all areas
- Work hand in hand with the electrical engineering team to support hardware design, testing, and integration
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for code, systems, and processes to ensure maintainability and understanding for the team
Internships (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Aerospace, Manufacturing)
- Assist in designing and prototyping electro-mechanical systems
- Participate in system integration and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop documentation and technical reports
